Based in the UK with travel across Europe, leading technical delivery, analytics and consulting on TEMS Sense and TEMS Director Analytics for operator, vendor and regulator clients.
Key responsibilities
- Operate TEMS Sense across 2G to 5G NR, VoLTE and VoNR testing
- Administer TEMS Director Analytics, including MS SQL and AWS integration
- Design and deliver Tableau dashboards and reporting
- Run end to end KPI, QoS and QoE analysis, including drive testing
- Build Python/Bash automation across AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM)
What you'll bring
- BSc in Communications/Telecom Engineering (MSc preferred)
- Hands on TEMS Sense and TEMS Director Analytics experience
- Strong MS SQL, Tableau and advanced Python skills
- AWS cloud proficiency and solid IT/networking fundamentals
- Comfortable presenting to technical and non technical audiences

Remote from India, supporting a Managed Services engagement for a telecom operator client in Saudi Arabia: TEMS Discovery report customization, system maintenance and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize TEMS Discovery reports to customer KPIs
- Maintain and optimize the TEMS Discovery environment
- Run daily health checks, data ingestion and logfile management
- Troubleshoot Discovery, Paragon and Fleet component issues
- Provide performance summaries, dashboards and documentation
What you'll bring
- 5 to 7 years with Infovista TEMS Discovery, Investigation or related tools
- Strong grasp of telecom KPIs, drive test data and post processing
- SQL Server management and Python scripting / automation
- LTE / 5G NR familiarity across Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia datasets
- Managed Services or long term support experience preferred
Professional Services Consultant, TEMS
Six month contract, with possibility of extension, supporting a Managed Services project for a telecom operator client in the Philippines: report customization, system maintenance and operational support, with travel on customer request.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize TEMS Discovery reports to customer KPIs
- Maintain the Discovery environment and support daily health checks
- Troubleshoot Discovery, Paragon and Fleet component issues
- Manage version control, release testing and upgrade validation
- Ensure configuration integrity, backups and security compliance
What you'll bring
- 5 to 7 years with TEMS Discovery, Pocket, Paragon and Investigation
- Strong SQL and post processing automation experience
- LTE / 5G NR familiarity across Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia datasets
- Prior Managed Services or long term support engagement experience
- Comfortable working across international time zones
